We searched high and low for our ideal property being first time buyers – we stumbled across this bungalow which offered lots of space, potential and a sizeable garden bigger than most houses in the area which we had previously viewed! We fell in love and all these years on we still enjoy all our home has to offer.

Our home is perfectly situated in a quiet location with an abundance of country walks beautiful scenery but close enough to gain access to Welwyn Garden City which has the Howard Centre, John Lewis, Waitrose and an array of bars and restaurants. There is the train station with its high-speed links to London within half an hour. We are also a 15-minute walk to Welwyn North Station.  Nearby we have shops with an amazing bakery which we enjoy visiting on a weekend for a treat!

We are fortunate to be in the catchment area to three good local schools and parks which we have very much enjoyed.

We love our home, but the time has come for pastures new.
